POINT LOMA SUMMER CONCERTS

Since 2001, Point Loma Summer Concerts has been bringing family-friendly concerts to Point Loma Park, with crowds swelling to nearly 3,000. The concerts are now a community tradition, with strolling teenagers who attended their first concerts in strollers.

We are excited to welcome you to the 42nd Annual San Diego International Triathlon. This race is one of the longest-standing triathlons in the country and a Triathlete favorite. There are two distances to choose from an international course and a sprint course, whichever you choose you’re guaranteed a great race. Both races take place at the Spanish landing Park located on Harbor Drive across from the San Diego International Airport and finish at Ruocco Park Downtown San Diego.

San Diego horse racing takes place where the "turf meets the surf" at the Del Mar Racetrack. Fans flock to the track each summer to wager on their favorite horses during the popular, annual Del Mar Racetrack racing season, mid-July - early-September. Be part of the magic and nostalgia of this long-time horse race tradition dating back to 1937 when Bing Crosby greeted the first guests, and Seabiscuit won by a nose in the infamous race in 1938. This season features the nation's top racehorses, trainers and jockeys, and plenty of fun in the sun.

In 2023, ArtWalk @ Liberty Station celebrates 18 years of bringing fine art to to San Diego at beautiful Liberty Station. The show celebrates the creativity from both sides of the border, with more than 175 artists coming from across several states and Mexico to show and sell their artwork, including paintings, photography, glass and ceramic, jewelry and sculpture. The Arts District at Liberty Station has blossomed into San Diego's premier venue for the arts, museums, dining and entertainment. The fabulous outdoor setting features a verdant lawn, gorgeous water features, and an abundance of free parking.
